The Business Factory ‘B NORDIC 26’ is designed the Scandinavian way combining function and aesthetics. Scandinavian design is often referred to as democratic design, as it was aimed to appeal to the masses. It is also about naturalness, practicality, comfort, and last but not least the art of “hygge” – cosiness.
We have been thinking creatively about the various office needs and what they might be, and we have ended up with a wide range of solutions; from virtual office services to the membership cards to our lobbies and work place rent in shared space, the fully furnished ‘B EASY’ offices from 1 to 6 working places, and rent of traditional office space from 25 m2 to 800 m2 on one floor level.
An important part of our concept are the services and common-use spaces like the large restaurant and café lobby, the various sized business lobbies for informal meetings and mingling, the conference and meeting rooms, the kitchenettes, the showers and changing facilities for people biking or running to work, the free bicycle rent and secure parking, the courtyard summer terrace; and the shared reception and administration services.
We believe that our solutions and concept will encourage and facilitate collaboration and provide opportunities to share ideas with others creating synergies and form alliances, as well as make friendships, develop effectiveness and maximize business chance encounters.
